摘要
目的探讨欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月我院收治的76例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为单一组和联合组,各38例。单一组采取常规的止血方法进行治疗,联合组采取欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术进行治疗,观察并统计两组患者的临床资料,并比较两组治疗效果,术中、术后24 h的出血量以及术后并发症的发生情况。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组术中出血量以及术后24 h出血量均少于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后的并发症总发生率明显低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫缩乏力性产后出血患者给予欣母沛联合B-Lynch缝合术治疗能够有效控制患者的出血量,治疗效果十分理想。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hemabate+B-Lynch suture in patients with uterine fatigue postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A selection of 76 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine attenuation admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were divided into single group and combined group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The single group was treated with conventional hemostasis methods,and the combined group was treated with simmabate combined with B-Lynch suture.Observed and counted the clinical data of the two groups of patients,and compared the treatment effects of the two groups during the operation and 24 hours after the operation.The amount of bleeding and the occurrence of postoperative complications.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and the 24 h postoperative blood loss in the combined group were less than that of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications after treatment in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia,the treatment of Hemabate combined with B-Lynch suture can effectively control the patient's bleeding volume,and the therapeutic effect is very ideal.
