摘要
目的:探讨不同剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高脂血症的临床疗效及安全性。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治老年高血压合并高脂血症患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用低剂量辛伐他汀治疗,观察组采用高剂量辛伐他汀治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后舒张压和收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高剂量辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并高脂血症临床疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of different doses of simvastatin in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,100 cases of elderly hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low dose of simvastatin,while the observation group was treated with high dose of simvastatin.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol(TC),serum triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High dose of simvastatin is effective in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients with hyperlipidemia.
