摘要
腔镜下甲状腺切除手术给有美容需求的患者带来了更好的外观效果及微创效果,得以越来越多的普及开展。近些年腹腔镜技术在甲状腺癌的运用随之增多,虽然能够完全切除甲状腺叶,消除甲状腺中央区淋巴清扫甚至侧颈部淋巴结清扫,在根治疾病的同时,保证美观,同时保护患者颈部的外观和功能,其应用价值已经获得了临床诸多医生的认可。鉴于此,本文现对腔镜下甲状腺癌手术的研究进展展开综述。
Endoscopic thyroidectomy has brought better appearance and minimally invasive effect to patients with beauty needs,it has been popularized more and more.In recent years,the application of endoscopic technology in thyroid cancer has also increased.It can not only complete the lobectomy of thyroid gland,but also can complete the lymph node dissection in the central area of thyroid cancer and even the lymph node dissection in the side neck,which can protect the appearance and function of the neck of patients to the maximum extent while radical resection of thyroid cancer.Its application value has been recognized by many clinicians.In view of this,this paper reviews the research progress of endoscopic thyroid cancer surgery.
