3D打印牙槽骨缺损模型联合APRF/IPRF引导牙周组织再生的临床应用

Clinical Application of 3D Printed Alveolar Bone Defect Model Combined with APRF/IPRF Guided Periodontal Tissue Regeneration

摘要 目的观察3D打印牙槽骨缺损模型联合第三代血小板纤维蛋/注射型富血小板纤维蛋白(APRF/IPRF)引导牙周组织再生的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月宝安区石岩人民医院收治的60例牙周炎并行牙周组织再生手术的患者,将患者根据数字表法随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组仅行牙周组织再生术,试验组行3D打印牙槽骨缺损模型联合APRF/IPRF的牙周组织再生手术。分析对比患者治疗后的各项临床疗效、牙周指标及并发症情况。结果试验组患者的总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组76.67%(P<0.05)。试验组患者的牙菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数、牙周探诊深度、临床附着丧失四项指标均明显低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印牙槽骨缺损模型联合运用APRF/IPRF能够有效促进牙周组织再生,解决牙周组织缺损问题,两种方式的联合运用可有效提升常规牙周组织再生手术的成功率。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of 3D printed alveolar bone defect model combined with APRF/IPRF guided periodontal tissue regeneration.Methods A total of 60 patients with periodontitis and periodontal tissue regeneration surgery admitted to Baoan District Shiyan People's Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.The patients were randomLy divided into experimental group and control group by the number table,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with periodontal tissue regeneration,while the experimental group was treated with 3D printed alveolar bone defect model combined with APRF/IPRF periodontal tissue regeneration.The clinical efficacy,periodontal indexes and complications after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(76.67%,P<0.05).The dental plaque index,gingival creval bleeding index,periodontal probing depth and clinical attachment loss in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of 3D printed alveolar bone defect models with APRF/IPRF can effectively promote periodontal tissue regeneration and solve periodontal tissue defects.The combined use of the two methods effectively improves the success rate of conventional periodontal tissue regeneration surgery.
