摘要
结合前期科研成果,设计了"化学发光法检测光动力过程单态氧相对产率"的分析化学综合实验。实验中采用一种海萤荧光素类似物(MCLA)作为化学发光探针,通过Origin软件对体系延迟发光信号进行指数衰减非线性拟合数据处理,实现光动力过程单态氧的实时在线测定。该实验注重综合应用,与其他学科渗透交织广泛,不仅丰富了实验教学项目,而且有助于激发学生科研兴趣和创新思维,培养学生自主学习,以及知识迁移与转化的能力。
Combined with the previous research results,a comprehensive analytical chemistry experiment is designed,which is entitled"chemiluminescence method to detect the relative yield of singlet oxygen in photodynamic process".In the experiment,a cypridina luciferin analog,2-methyl-6-(p-methoxyphenyl)-3,7-dihydroimidazo[1,2-a]pyrazin-3-one(MCLA)is used as a chemiluminescence probe,and the delay luminescence signal data is processed with Origin software by exponential decay fitting method,to realize the real-time on-line measurement of singlet oxygen in photodynamic process.This experiment emphasizes the comprehensive application and intercross and penetration with other disciplines.It not only enriches the experimental teaching projects,but also helps to stimulate the students’interest in scientific research and innovative thinking,and to cultivate their ability of self-learning and knowledge migration and transformation.
