摘要
目的分析新冠肺炎疫情期间石家庄地区献血人群特征及心理需求,对新冠肺炎疫情等突发公共卫生事件下基于献血者需求的献血服务与招募干预措施进行探讨。方法以疫情期间经过干预的献血者作为研究组、2019年同期未经干预的献血者为对照组,收集2组献血者特征资料并进行统计分析。结果新冠肺炎疫情期间石家庄地区的县区采血占比(84.47%)、重复献血者占比(73.15%)、400 mL采集率(93.22%),与2019年同期相比均有上升。疫情期间,自由职业者成为献血主力,同时,初中、高中文化程度献血者的占比也较高。结论在发生新冠肺炎疫情等突发公共卫生事件时,可基于献血者心理需求,采取有针对性的宣传、心理疏导、环境消毒、人员防护、预约和分时段采血等干预措施,以提高献血服务质量以及献血招募精准程度,从而为疫情期间的临床用血供应保障提供有效支持。
Objective To analyze the population characteristics and psychological needs of blood donors in Shijiazhuang area during the COVID-19 outbreak,and to study the psychological-need-based interventions for blood donation service and recruitment under public health emergencies such as the COVID-19 epidemic.Methods Blood donors underwent the interventions during the epidemic were selected as the research group,and blood donors without any interventions in the same period in 2019 as the control group,the characteristics of blood donors in two groups were collected and statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the same period in 2019,the proportion of blood collection in counties(84.47%),the proportion of repeated blood donors(73.15%)and the proportion of 400 mL whole-blood collection(93.22%)in Shijiazhuang area during the COVID-19 outbreak were all increased.Moreover,freelancers became the main blood donors,and the proportion of blood donors with high or junior school education background was relatively high during the epidemic.Conclusion During the public health emergency such as COVID-19 epidemic,interventions based on the psychological needs of blood donors and targeted publicity,psychological counseling,environmental disinfection,personnel protection,blood donation by appointment and keeping social distancing should be carried out to improve the quality of blood donation service and the recruitment of targeted donors,hence provide effective support for clinical blood supply.
