摘要
目的探讨综合护理在胆总管结石行经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(ERCP)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年12月我院收治的胆总管结石行ERCP患者59例,根据护理方式不同分为两组,对照组29例患者采用常规护理,研究组30例患者给予综合护理,比较两组患者的护理风险事件发生率及术后并发症发生率,以及患者对护理服务的满意度。结果研究组患者的护理风险事件总发生率和术后并发症总发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组患者对护理服务的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论胆总管结石行ERCP治疗存在多种护理风险,采用综合护理有利于降低护理风险事件发生率及术后并发症发生率,提高患者对护理服务的满意度,护理风险管理质量较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing care in patients with choledocholithiasis undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangio pancreatography(ERCP). Methods A total of 59 patients with common bile duct stones undergoing ERCP who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The 29 patients in the control group received routine care, and the 30 patients in the study group received comprehensive care.The incidence of nursing risk events and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of patients, as well as the patients’ satisfaction with nursing services. Results The total incidence of nursing risk events and the total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The total satisfaction of patients with nursing services in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion ERCP treatment for choledocholithiasis has a variety of nursing risks. The use of comprehensive nursing care is beneficial to reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and postoperative complications, and improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing services. The quality of nursing risk management is high and it is worthy of clinical practice. Promote applications.
