摘要
"政治体检"是中国共产党打扫思想政治灰尘、增强政治免疫力的重要途径,在实践中回答了"如何加强党的政治建设""怎样自我革命"的新时代之问。中国共产党在革命淬炼中孕育"政治体检"理性自觉,在曲折发展中强化政治立场甄别意识,在破除思想束缚中赓续完善"政治体检"机制,在新时代推动"政治体检"机制全面成型。总结中国共产党"政治体检"百年探索经验可知,"政治体检"必须明确参照标准,把政治立场审视放在首位,并始终坚持实事求是、民主集中制原则。推进新时代"政治体检"必须发扬自我革命精神,刀刃向内开展"政治体检";不断完善党内法规制度,为"政治体检"提供依据和保障;注重"政治体检"成果运用,切实抓好整改纠偏。
"Political examination" is an important way for the Communist Party of China to clean up ideological and political dust and enhance political immunity. In practice,it answers the questions of "how to strengthen the Party’ s political building" and " how to conduct self-reform" for the new era.The Communist Party of China fostered the rational consciousness of " political examination" in the process of revolution,strengthened the discriminating awareness of political stance in the tortuous development,continuously improved the mechanism of " political examination" in breaking the ideological shackles,and promoted the formation of " political examination" mechanism in the new era. The centennial exploration experience of the CPC’s " political examination" shows that " political examination" must clarify the reference standard,put the political stance in the first place,and always adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts and democratic centralism. To promote the " political examination" in the new era,we must carry forward the spirit of self-reform and conduct " political examination" from the inside;we should constantly improve the laws and regulations within the Party to provide the basis and guarantee for " political examination";we should pay attention to the application of " political examination" results and concentrate on the rectification and correction.
