岩体结构面粗糙度系数的三维表征与评价 被引量:7

Three Dimensional Characterization and Evaluation of JRC Value of Rock Fractures

摘要 岩体结构面粗糙度系数(JRC)的测量与评价在矿山建设、洞室开挖、灾害防治等领域至关重要。以往基于单条或多条轮廓线的二维JRC评价方法无法全面反映岩体结构面的粗糙度。基于岩体结构面直接剪切试验,借助三维激光扫描与建模分析等技术手段,就岩体结构面粗糙度系数的三维评价方法进行了系统研究。结果表明:①岩体结构面三维粗糙度表征参数按物理意义可划分为倾角型、面积型、高度型和体积型4类;②部分三维粗糙度表征参数(θs,θg,θ2s,SsT,SsF,Van,Zsa,Zrms,Zrange)与JRC系数具有较高的相关性,其他参数(Zss,Zsk,Vsvi,Vsci,Sdr,Sts)与JRC系数相关性较差;③基于高度型、体积型三维粗糙度表征参数的JRC评价方法不受结构面扫描间距的影响,基于倾角型、面积型三维粗糙度表征参数的JRC评价方法受结构面扫描间距的影响较大;④工程实践中,建议采用高度型三维粗糙度表征参数快速评价岩体结构面JRC系数。 Measurement and estimation of joint roughness coefficient(JRC)is especially important in the fields of mine construction,cavern excavation and disaster prevention.Previous JRCevaluation methods based on single or multiple profiles cannot fully reflect the overall roughness of the fracture surface.Based on direct shear test of rock fracture surface,with the help of technologies of three dimensional laser scanning and modeling analysis,a three dimensional evaluation method of JRC value was systematically studied.The results are concluded as follows.Firstly,3 Dparameters describing the entire roughness of fracture surface can be classified into 4 types according to their physical significance,including slope parameter,area parameter,height parameter and volume parameter.Secondly,nine parameters(θs,θg,θ2 s,SsT,SsF,Van,Zsa,Zrms,Zrange)are found to have close correlations with JRCvalue and are capable of estimating JRCvalue of rock fracture surfaces.Other parameters(Zss,Zsk,Vsvi,Vsci,Sdr,Sts)have poor correlations with JRC.Thirdly,the sampling interval has little influence when using height and volume parameters for JRC estimation,while it influences to some extent when other parameters are used.Finally,equations with amplitude parameters are recommended to engineering practice to facilitate rapid estimation of JRCvalue.
