摘要
南非布什维尔德杂岩体是世界上最重要的铂族金属含矿带,主要有Merensky、UG2和Platreef 3种矿体,目前主要开采的Merensky和UG2矿体均为缓倾斜薄矿体。受赋存条件限制,缓倾斜薄矿体开采难度较大,难以实现机械化开采,迄今为止仍然以人工开采为主。南非某铂金矿通过采用混合井开拓、普通空场法开采Merensky矿体、半机械化普通空场法回采UG2矿体,尤其是充分考虑两层矿体同时开采,共用部分采切工程,有效降低了矿石的损失贫化,提高了矿石回采率,具有较好的经济效益。
The Bushveld Complex in South Africa is the most important platinum group metal ore belt in the world.There are mainly three kinds of orebodies,including Merensky,UG2 and Platreef.At present,the orebodies of Merensky and UG2,which are mainly mined,are gently inclined and thin orebodies.Limited by the occurrence conditions,the mining of gently inclined and thin ore body is difficult.So far most of mines are still labor intensive,and it is difficult to realize mechanized mining.A platinum mine in South Africa adopts mixed vertical shafts development,as well as common open stoping method to mine Merensky orebody and uses semi mechanized common open stoping method to mine UG2 orebody.Especially,it takes fully consideration in the simultaneous mining of two layers of orebody and sharing part of mining and cutting engineering,which effectively reduces the loss and dilution of ore,improves the ore recovery rate and create good economic benefits.
