摘要
目的观察电热针治疗外阴白色病变的临床疗效。方法选取2018年7月至2019年6月在北京市第一中西医结合医院门诊诊治的外阴白色病变患者60例,根据随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组患者给予电热针治疗,对照组使用外用药物治疗,2个疗程后观察治疗效果。结果观察组症状、体征改善优于对照组;观察组总有效率为100.0%,对照组总有效率为50.0%,随诊观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电热针治疗外阴白色病变有效,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of electric acupuncture in the treatment of vulvar white lesions.Methods 60 patients with vulvar white lesions who were treated in The First Beijing Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases with each group.Patients in the observation group were treated by electric acupuncture,patients in the control group were treated by external medicine.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical effect of two groups were compared.Results The symptoms and signs in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The effective rate was 100.0%in the observation group and 50.0%in the control group,the clinical effect of the observation group was better than the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of vulvar white lesions by electric acupuncture is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
