摘要
兰州新区是国家绿色金融改革创新试验区,也是“黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展”国家战略唯一的绿色金融改革创新试验区。本文深入分析了甘肃兰州新区绿色金融改革创新进展以及“绿色化工+现代农业+大数据+N”发展模式,并针对存在问题提出相关对策建议。
Lanzhou New Area is the 9 th National Green Finance Reform and Innovation Pilot Area, and the only pilot area for the Strategy of Ecological Conservation and High-quality Development of the Yellow River Basin. Recently, the research team of the Central Bank investigated the reform progress, analyzed the"Green Chemical Industry+Modern Agriculture+Big Data+N"model, found the existing problems and gave policy suggestions.
