摘要
合同管理是血站管理中的一个重要环节,是血站信息化管理中的重要组成部分。但在实际操作过程中,对合同的管理,尤其是信息化管理还存在很多的问题。很多时候并没有达到合同的全生命周期管理。要实现合同签订前、签订中、履行中、履行后的全程电子化和闭环的全生命周期管理,必须加强对合同起草、合同模板、合同审批、合同建档、合同履行、合同终止、合同归档,并从电子化、规范化、标准化以及合同履行过程进行管控,建立血站合同全生命周期的信息化管理新模式,从而使血站合同管理更加科学、高效和便捷,同时为合同管理的信息化和血站信息一体化建设及内控管理成本核算打下了坚实的基础。
Contract management is a crucial link in blood station management and an important segment of blood station information management.However,in the actual implementation process,there are still many problems in the contract management,especially in the information management.In a lot of cases,the whole life cycle management of contract is not achieved.In order to realize the whole electronic and closed-loop life-cycle management before signing,on signing,on implementation and after implementation,it is necessary to strengthen the contract drafting,contract template,contract approval,contract filing,contract implementation,contract termination and contract archiving,and control from the electronic,normalization and standardization processes of contract implementation,so as to establish a new mode of information management for the whole life cycle of blood station contract.This makes the contract management of blood station more scientific,efficient and convenient,and at the same time lays a solid foundation for the informatization of contract management,the integration of blood station information and the cost accounting of internal control management.
