摘要
随着全球经济的快速发展,各行业对新能源的需求日渐增多,新能源的开发和使用受到了越来越多国家的关注。风能作为一种可再生能源,开发成本相对于其与可再生能源如核能、太阳能低,而且无污染、储备量大、较为安全,因而极具开发价值。风电叶片是风电机组的核心部件,其出现故障能被及时检测并进行维护是避免因叶片受损导致机组停机而最终造成经济损失的关键举措。因此,对风电叶片研发及时视频检查的机器人具有十分积极的实际应用意义。基于此,介绍国内外现存视频检查机器人研究现状,根据实际需求创新提出一种风电叶片视频检查机器人的设计方案,阐述检测机器人的结构组成,并对其控制系统和软件进行分析,进而探讨该类机器人未来发展所需解决的难题。
With the rapid development of the global economy,the demand for new energy in various industries is increasing.More and more countries are paying attention to the development and use of new energy.As a kind of renewable energy,wind energy has low development cost compared to other renewable energy sources such as nuclear energy and solar energy,which is pollution-free,large reserves and relatively safe,so it has great development value.Wind turbine blades are the core part of wind turbines.Its faults can be detected and maintained in a timely manner is a key measure to avoid the ultimate economic loss due to the damage of the blades and the shutdown of the unit.Therefore,the development of a robot that can perform timely video inspection of wind turbine blades will have very positive practical application significance.This paper generally introduced the current research status of existing video inspection robots at home and abroad.According to actual needs,a design scheme of video inspection robot for wind turbine blade was proposed.The structure of the inspection robot was described,and its control system and software were analyzed.Finally,the problems to be solved in the future development of this kind of robot were discussed.
