现代学徒制模式下课程思政教育探索与实践--以亳州学院中药学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 现代学徒制是我国职业教育人才培养模式改革的一大趋势,这对课程思政育人提出了新的挑战和更高的要求。亳州学院中药学院根据现代学徒制人才培养模式的“多元化”的教学主体、教学对象以及不同的育人环境,根据专业课程与企业顶岗实习的教学实际,探索构建了现代学徒制人才培养的“三主体”(教师、学生、师傅)“三课堂”(专业课、实践课、网络课)课程思政育人模式。 Modern apprenticeship system is a major trend in the reform of personnel training mode in vocational education in China,which puts forward new challenges and higher requirements for ideological and political education of courses.According to the“diversified”teaching subject,teaching object and different education environment of modern apprenticeship personnel training mode,and according to the teaching practice of professional courses and on-the-job practice in enterprises,College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Bozhou University has explored and constructed the ideological and political education mode of courses for modern apprenticeship personnel training,which includes“three subjects(teacher,student and master)”and“three classes(professional class,practice class and network class)”.
