摘要
车用涡轮增压器技术在不断发展,常用的车用涡轮增压器有放气阀涡轮增压器、可变截面涡轮增压器(VGT)等。在重型发动机领域,考虑到成本及可靠性因素,普遍使用放气阀涡轮增压器。在车用涡轮增压器的应用过程中,存在一些问题,如工作温度高、动平衡要求苛刻、冷却润滑要求高、高速啸叫等。通过增压器叶片设计、增压器选型以及增压器内部流场分析和噪声分析,对某重型发动机用放气阀涡轮增压器进行了研究。结果表明,该增压器能够满足发动机性能需求,但是在低速性能、高速噪声等方面还有优化的空间。
With the development of vehicle turbocharger technology,there are commonly used turbocharger with vent valve,variable geometry turbocharger(VGT)and so on.In the field of heavy-duty engine,considering the cost and reliability,the exhaust valve turbocharger is widely used.Vehicle turbocharger has its advantages,but also has some disadvantages,such as high working temperature,harsh dynamic balance requirements,high cooling and lubrication requirements,high-speed whistling and so on.In this paper,the exhaust valve turbocharger for a heavy-duty engine selection is analyzed.Through the design of turbocharger blade,the selection of turbocharger,the analysis of internal flow field and noise,the turbocharger has a deep understanding.The conclusion shows that the the turbocharger can meet the engine performance requirements,but there is still room for optimization in low-speed performance,high-speed noise and other aspects.
