轻型橡胶减振垫道床在轨道交通中的首次运用

摘要 在轨道交通的设计理念中,一般采用在道床部分设计轨道减振结构,来减轻列车运行过程中对城市带来的振动和噪声影响。通常意义上的减振垫道床采用混凝土基底,为保证基底强度,混凝土厚度增加,相应的轨道结构高度增加。而轻型橡胶减振垫道床,是在全国率先使用高强度砂浆作为道床基底的新型设计思路。该项设计不仅可实现道床减振的效果,同时减小轨道结构高度,为以后的轨道减振结构设计施工提供了新的方向。针对轻型减振道床施工工艺做简要分析,希望今后对城市轨道减振道床施工提供帮助。 In the design concept of rail transit,the track damping structure is usually designed in the track bed to reduce the impact of vibration and noise on the city during train operation.Generally speaking,the concrete base is used for the vibration damping cushion bed.In order to ensure the strength of the foundation,the thickness of the concrete increases and the height of the corresponding track structure increases.The light rubber damping pad damping track bed is the first new design idea to use high strength mortar as the base of track bed in China.This design can not only achieve the effect of vibration reduction of track bed,but also reduce the height of track structure,which provides a new direction for the design and construction of track damping structure in the future.This paper briefly analyzes the construction technology of light vibration damping track bed,hoping to provide help for the construction of vibration damping track bed of urban rail in the future.
