铁路货车车辆车轮故障分析及二次旋修研究

摘要 对铁路货车轮对在检修过程中发现的故障进行统计,重点对占比较大的车轮踏面圆周磨耗过限、轮缘厚度过限、轮径差超限等故障进行深入分析,研究分析了故障产生的原因。针对检修现状,提出车轮踏面旋修二次加工的方法,尽可能少的减少轮径值,恢复车轮外形轮廓。为踏面圆周磨耗伴随轮缘磨耗、轮径差超限轮对的旋修作业提供参考。 Make statistics on the faults found in the maintenance of the railway freight train wheel set.Focuses on in-depth analysis of the faults such as excessive wear of wheel tread circumference,excessive flange thickness and excessive wheel diameter difference.Research and analysis the cause of the fault.According to the current situation of maintenance,this paper puts forward the method of secondary processing of wheel tread lathing,reducing the wheel diameter value as little as possible,and restoring the wheel contour.So as to provide a reference for the lathing operation of wheel flange wear and wheel diameter difference overrun.
