摘要
结合青岛市东岸城区大地块封闭小区和公建大院的统计情况,分析封闭小区和公建大院的由来及打开封闭小区需要面临的问题;以交通开放的角度思考打开封闭小区,需要推进有关的工作;最后从规划的源头进行控制,给出防止城市建设中出现此类大型封闭小区的建议。
Combining the statistics of the closed residential community and the public building in the east coast of Qingdao,this paper analyzes the origin of closed residential community and public building and the problems of opening closed communities.Thinking about opening a closed community from the perspective of open traffic,relevant work that needs to be promoted.Finally,this paper gives suggestions for preventing such large closed communities from appearing in urban construction controlling from the source of the plan.
