基于智能“云随访”APP的延续护理对早产儿神经行为和 生长发育的影响 被引量:17

Effect of continuity nursing based on APP for"Intelligent Cloud Follow-up"on neural behavior and growth and development of premature infants

摘要 目的评价基于智能“云随访”APP的延续护理对早产儿神经行为和生长发育的影响。方法选取2018年5月-11月在本院出生并收治于本院新生儿科的141例早产儿及其父母共141名,按照电脑生成随机数字法,单数纳入对照组71例,施以常规随访模式;双数纳入观察组70例,实施基于智能“云随访”APP的延续护理,干预至早产儿出院后6个月。比较干预前后两组早产儿父母照护相关知识和技能的差异;比较干预前后两组早产儿生长发育情况、神经行为评分及出院后6个月内的门诊预约复诊率、再入院率的差异。结果干预后观察组早产儿父母照护相关知识和技能优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组早产儿神经行为总分(36.66±4.61)分高于对照组得分(34.21±4.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组早产儿身长、体重、头围值及复诊率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组早产儿的再入院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于智能“云随访”APP的延续护理,提高了早产儿父母照护相关知识和照护技能,进而促进早产儿神经行为发育及生长发育,降低早产儿再入院率。 Objective To observe the effect of continuity nursing based on APP for"Intelligent Cloud Follow-up"on neural behavior and growth and development of premature infants.Methods One hundred and one premature infants born in our hospital from May 2018 to November 2018 and admitted to our neonatal department were engaged in the study.According to the computer-generated random number method,71 cases were assigned as the control group receiving routine follow-ups.The rest of 70 infants were set as the observation group,where the follow-ups were conducted with the APP for"Intelligent Cloud Follow-up".The two groups were compared in terms of growth and development 6 months after discharge,neurobehavioral(NBNA)scores at the corrected gestational age of 40 weeks,and readmission rate and complication incidence within 6 months after discharge.Results The total score of neural behavior in the observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of the control group(36.66±4.61 vs.34.21±4.35,P<0.05).The levels of length,weight and head circumference of the infants in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rates of readmission and complications were both significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuity nursing based on APP for"Intelligent Cloud Follow-up"can reinforce the growth and development of premature infants,therefore reducing the rates of readmission and complications.
