摘要
为了探讨腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)联合检测在肺结核诊断及病情评估中的价值,本文收集了莱阳市中医医院收治的肺结核患者作为肺结核组,同期体检的健康志愿者作为正常对照组。检测血清中ADA、LDH、Th1细胞因子干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、Th2细胞因子白介素-4(IL-4)、白介素-10(IL-10)、蛋白指标触珠蛋白(HP)、脯氨酸肽酶(PEPD)、基质蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)的含量。肺结核患者血清中ADA、LDH的含量显著增高,且具体含量与Th1/Th2免疫失衡程度、病情相关蛋白表达异常程度呈正相关,可作为辅助诊断疾病并判断病情的有效指标。
In order to explore the value of ADA and LDH combined detection in tuberculosis diagnosis and disease assessment,this paper collectes tuberculosis patients admitted to Laiyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the tuberculosis group,and healthy volunteers who have physical examinations during the same period as the normal control group.Detection of serum adenosine deaminase(ADA),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),Th1 cytokine interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),Th2 cytokine interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10),protein index haptoglobin(HP),proline peptidase(PEPD),matrix protease inhibitor-1(TIMP-1)content.The levels of ADA and LDH in the serum of pulmonary tuberculosis patients are significantly increased,and the specific content is positively correlated with the degree of Th1/Th2 immune imbalance and the abnormal expression of disease-related proteins,which can be used as an effective indicator to assist in the diagnosis of the disease and judge the disease.
