摘要
数控技术是机械制造自动化发展的基础。随着我国数控技术的进步,机械制造自动化水平也越来越高。本文简单介绍了数控机床及数控加工技术,分析了自动化机械制造中的数控技术。探讨了数控工艺的应用领域。最后分析了数控工艺技术的应用前景及发展趋势。旨在为机械制造自动化、智能化的建设提供一些参考。
Numerical control technology is the basis of the development of mechanical manufacturing automation.With the development of numerical control technology in China,the automation level of mechanical manufacturing is getting higher and higher.This paper briefly introduces NC machine tools and NC machining technology,and analyzes the NC technology in automatic machinery manufacturing.The application fields of numerical control technology are discussed.Finally,the application prospect and development trend of numerical control technology are analyzed.The purpose is to provide some references for the construction of automation and intelligence of mechanical manufacturing.
