摘要
本文以丽水市广播电视总台IP备播系统建设为案例,介绍了一种基于省级融媒体技术平台构建的无压缩IP化备份播出系统建设方案。该方案充分利用根据国家广电总局发布的《县级融媒体中心省级技术平台规范要求》建设的浙江省级融媒体技术平台——浙江广电集团"中国蓝云"平台,将平台的云计算、云存储等云服务能力与SDI over IP技术、虚拟化技术等有机结合,低成本快速构建起丽水台现有三个标清电视频道传统播出系统的异地实时跟播、备播系统,通过省级融媒体技术平台的这一创新性应用,大幅提高了丽水台安全播出的保障水平与能力。
Taking construction of IP standby broadcasting system in Lishui Radio and Television Group as a case,this paper introduces construction scheme of uncompressed IP-based standby broadcasting system based on province-level converged media technology platform.It makes full use of Zhejiang Radio and Television Group’s“China Blue Cloud”platform,a province-level converged media technology platform built according to"Specification Requirements for Province-level Platform to Support County-level Converged Media Centers"issued by NRTA.Cloud computing,cloud storage and other cloud service abilities are organically combine with SDI over IP,virtualization and other technologies to quickly build a remote real-time follow-up broadcasting and standby broadcasting system for traditional broadcasting system of three existing SDTV channels in Lishui Station at low cost.This innovative application of province-level converged media technology platform greatly improves security level and ability of for safe broadcasting in Lishui Station.
