摘要
结合某实际工程,采用建筑专用流体模块中的Slit Punching多孔介质模型对高架地板开孔率不同布置的大型电子洁净厂房气流组织进行CFD仿真。在验证仿真精度的基础上,针对流线平行度,洁净区域正压性要求,乱流度等性能指标,对高架地板开孔率非均匀分布率方案和开孔率25%及17%均匀分布方案进行对比,结果发现:虽然采用开孔率17%,25%并加挡板(开孔率0%)非均匀分布的方案会一定程度地增加高架地板附近的速度均值,同时增大乱流度,但开孔率非均匀分布方案能够同时满足流线平行度和正压性性能的要求,气流组织性能较开孔率均匀分布方案更优异。
In combination with a practical project,CFD simulation was carried out for the air distribution of large electronic clean workshop with different opening rates schemes in the raised floor by using the Slit Punching porous medium model in the special building module.On the basis of verifying the simulation accuracy,the opening rates non-uniform distribution scheme was compared with 25%and 17%uniform distribution scheme according to the performance indexes such as streamline parallelism,positive pressure performance of clean area and turbulence level,the conclusion can be done from the results:although non-uniform distribution scheme of the opening rate of 17%,25%and add baffle(opening rate is 0%)will be a certain degree of increase mean velocity in the area near raised floor,at the same time increase turbulence level,but the opening rate non-uniform distribution scheme can simultaneously satisfy streamline parallelism and positive pressure performance requirements.Compared with the scheme with uniform distribution of opening rate,the performance of the scheme with non-uniform distribution of opening rate is better.
