数据中心热管空调系统仿真研究——基于热力学模拟软件CYCLPAD 被引量:10

摘要 降低数据中心冷却系统能耗,已成为节能减排的迫切要求。热管自然冷却是降低这一能耗的有效方法之一。根据数据中心负荷的特点,利用热力学模拟软件CYCLEPAD建立了数据中心热管系统的仿真模型,以湖南常德某IDC机房(111°39′E,29°00N)72台背板热管空调为对象,进行了全年能耗计算,与机房使用传统的空调系统进行了对比分析,结果表明,采用背板热管用电量节省了26%。并根据全国主要城市的使用时间计算了使用热管空调系统的节能率。为热管技术是在IDC机房推广与能耗分析提供参考。 Reducing the energy consumption of data center cooling system has become an urgent requirement of energy conservation and emission reduction.Natural cooling of heat pipe is one of the effective methods to reduce this energy consumption.According to the characteristics of the data center load,the simulation model of the data center heat pipe system is established by using the thermodynamic simulation software cyclepad.The annual energy consumption of 72 back panel heat pipe air conditioners in the computer room(111°39′e,29°00n)is calculated and compared with the traditional air conditioning system in the computer room.The results show that the power consumption of the back plate heat pipe air conditioner can be saved by 26%.The energy saving rate of heat pipe air conditioning system is calculated according to the service time of main cities in China.It provides a reference for the promotion of heat pipe technology in the computer room and energy consumption analysis.
