摘要
概述中国(福建)自由贸易试验区(福建自贸区)设立的背景、原因,综述自贸区相关研究成果,分析福建自贸区运行后所取得的成效及自贸区内上市公司发展现状,针对福建自贸区上市公司发展问题进行了原因分析,对策上建议福建自贸区宏观上要确定发展政策方向,完善配套法律法规设计,打造良好的宏观运营环境;中观上建立创新的服务平台和监管制度,推进企业与上市公司入驻;微观上突出海峡两岸合作的特色优势,鼓励企业与上市公司国际化发展。
This paper summarizes the background and reasons for the establishment of China(Fujian)Pilot Free Trade Zone(FFTZ)and the relevant research on the zone.The achievements of the operation of the FFTZ and the current development of the listed companies in the FFTZ are analyzed along with the reasons affecting the development of those companies.We suggest that on the macro level FFTZ should determine the direction of its development and improve the relevant laws and regulations to create a good operating environment.At the meso level,an innovative service platform and regulatory system should be established to promote the entry of enterprises and listed companies.And on the micro level,FFTZ should highlight the unique advantages of cross-strait cooperation and encourage the internalization of the enterprises and listed companies in the zone.
