有创通气与极/超早产儿脑损伤关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 极/超早产儿由于脑发育不成熟、脑血管自主调节功能尚未完善,加上有创通气时呼吸机给与的压力引起血流不稳定、产生炎症因子及高浓度氧的刺激,往往会引起脑损伤。目前认为胎龄小、有创通气是早产儿脑损伤的危险因素,但有创通气与早产儿脑损伤的发生机制尚不明确。本文就近几年有创通气与早产儿脑损伤的发生机制研究进展进行综述。 Extremely and very preterm infants have brain damage,because their brain development is immature,their autonomic regulation of cerebral blood vessels has not been perfected,and the pressure of the ventilator during invasive mechanical ventilation causes blood flow instability,the production of inflammatory factors,and high concentrations of oxygen stimulation.At present,gestational age and invasive mechanical ventilation are considered to be risk factors for brain injury in preterm infants,but the mechanism of invasive mechanical ventilation causing brain injury in preterm infants is unclear.This article reviews recent advances in the mechanisms of invasive mechanical ventilation causing brain injury in preterm infants.
