摘要 为了稳定成纱质量、控制生产成本,以生产高配C 14.6 tex纱为例,介绍其生产工艺流程和主要工艺参数;利用乌斯特电清在线监测数据,分析原棉品质对成纱质量的影响,指导清梳工序落杂工艺设置,优化配棉方案,并探讨不同型号电清对异纤控制的作用和效果。指出:原棉品质变化会引起纱线质量指标的波动,生产流程各环节随之亦产生问题;根据原棉质量波动分析乌斯特电清在线监测数据,找出其相关性,可实时优化工艺方案和操作方法,更好地控制成纱质量指标及配棉成本。 In order to stabilize yarn quality and control production costs,taking the production of high grade C 14.6 tex yarn as an example,the process flow and main process parameters are introduced.Based on the on-line monitoring data of Uster electric cleaning,the influence of raw cotton quality on yarn quality is analyzed,the process setting of impurities shedding in blowing-carding process is guided,and the scheme of cotton assorting is optimized.The function and effect of different types of electric cleaning on foreign fiber control are also discussed.It is pointed out that the change of raw cotton quality will cause the fluctuation of yarn quality index,and the change of raw cotton quality will lead to problems in each link of production process.According to the fluctuation of raw cotton quality,the on-line monitoring data of Uster electric cleaning is analyzed to find out the correlation,so the process scheme and operation method can be optimized in real time,and the yarn quality index and the costs of cotton assorting can be better controlled.
