摘要
伴随当下企业生产模式及技术的创新,如何提升多品种小批量电子产品的生产效率备受诸多学者关注。论文结合用户要求与企业生产模式转型方向,针对多品种小批量电子产品生产计划排产中存在问题弊端提出相关策略、方法和措施,以期实现快速响应的柔性化生产,达到企业降本增效的目标。
With the innovation of production modes and technologies in today's enterprises,how to improve the production efficiency of multi-variety and small-batch electronic products has attracted many scholars'attention.Combined with the requirements of users and the transformation direction of enterprises'production mode,this paper puts forward relevant strategies,methods and measures in view of the problems and disadvantages existing in the production planning and scheduling of multi-variety and small-batch electronic products,so as to realize the flexible production with rapid response and achieve the goal of cost reduction and benefit increase.
