摘要
目的探究连续性血液净化联合甲磺酸加贝酯治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者的疗效与安全性。方法选取2017年2月至2019年5月本院收治的85例SAP患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组(n=42)和实验组(n=43)。对照组行连续性血液净化治疗,实验组行连续性血液净化联合甲磺酸加贝酯治疗,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果实验组总有效率为97.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率为4.66%,低于对照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用连续性血液净化联合甲磺酸加贝酯治疗SAP患者效果显著,可显著改善患者血清生化指标,不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of continuous blood purification combined with mebate mesylate in patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).Methods 85 cases of SAP patients in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2019 were selected and they were randomly divided into control group(n=42)and experimental group(n=43)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with continuous blood purification,and the experimental group was treated with continuous blood purification combined gabexate mesylate.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.67%,which higher than 83.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.66%,was lower than 19.05%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Continuous blood purification combined with mebate mesylate in the treatment of SAP patients has significant effect,can significantly improve the serum biochemical indicators of patients,low incidence of adverse reactions,high safety,worthy of clinical application.
