摘要
机械自动化技术具有综合性的特点,通过应用在机械制造行业中,能够全面推动化工机械制造的水平和质量,实现高标准的生产目标,这就是与其他技术存在的主要差别,同时机械自动化技术还能够减轻工作人员的工作量,提高工作效率,确保生命安全,这属于未来化工机械制造主要的发展趋势。化工机械制造企业在新时代下大背景下,想要获取更多的经济效益,在激烈的竞争下提升自身的社会地位和形象,就需要站在不同层面来提高自身的综合实力。因此,本文以某焊缝焊接机器人为例,全面分析机械自动化在化工机械制造中的应用对策。
Mechanical automation technology has the characteristics of comprehensiveness.Applying it to machinery manufacturing industry can promote the level and quality of chemical machinery manufacturing in an all-round way and achieve high-standard production goals,which is the main difference with other technologies.At the same time,mechanical automation technology can also reduce the workload of workers,improve work efficiency and ensure life safety,which is the main development trend of chemical machinery manufacturing in the future.Under the background of the new era,chemical machinery manufacturing enterprises need to stand at different levels to improve their comprehensive strength if they want to gain more economic benefits and enhance their social status and image under the fierce competition.Therefore,taking a welding robot as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the application countermeasures of mechanical automation in chemical machinery manufacturing.
