野生与栽培夏枯草不同生长期3种酚酸成分含量动态研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过研究野生与栽培夏枯草全草不同生长期的指纹图谱及3种酚酸成分含量动态变化规律,确定夏枯草全草的最佳采收期,研究全草的药用价值,并对野生与栽培夏枯草进行差异性比较。方法采用UPLC法测定野生与栽培夏枯草全草的指纹图谱及迷迭香酸、异迷迭香酸苷和咖啡酸的含量。结果夏枯草全草不同生长时期3种酚酸成分的含量差异较大;野生夏枯草与栽培夏枯草指纹图谱存在一定差异,3种酚酸成分含量差异不明显。结论夏枯草全草的最佳采收期在6月中上旬,野生与栽培夏枯草全草均具有一定的入药价值。 Objective To determine the optimal harvest time of Prunella vulgaris L. by fingerprints of wild and cultivated Prunella vulgaris L. in different growth periods and the dynamic content changes of 3 phenolic acids,and to study the medicinal value of the whole grass.Differences between wild and cultivated Prunella vulgaris L. were compared.Methods The fingerprints of wild and cultivated Prunella vulgaris L. and the contents of rosmarinic acid,salviaflaside and caffeic acid were determined by UPLC.Results The contents of 3 phenolic acids in Prunella vulgaris L. in different growth periods were quite different.Differences in the fingerprints between wild Prunella vulgaris L.and cultivated Prunella vulgaris L.were found,but no significant difference in the contents of the 3 components.Conclusion The best harvest time of Prunella vulgaris L. is around June 10th.Both wild and cultivated Prunella vulgaris L. have certain medicinal value.
