摘要
α肾上腺素受体广泛分布于泌尿道及生殖道中,α肾上腺素受体阻滞剂因其独特的药理作用在男性生殖系统疾病的治疗中取得了较好的效果。其中α1A肾上腺素受体阻滞剂是目前临床证据最多、应用最普遍的药物。随着对相关病理生理学和神经递质的研究,α1A肾上腺素受体阻滞剂将会为男性生殖系统药物治疗提供新的思路和选择。
α adrenergic receptors are widely distributed in the urinary tract and reproductive tract.α adrenergic receptors blockers have achieved good results in the treatment of male reproductive system diseases due to their unique pharmacological actions.Among them,α1A adrenoceptor blocker is the most commonly used drug with most clinical evidence.With the study of related pathophysiology and neurotransmitters,α1A adrenergic receptor blockers may provide new ideas and options for the treatment of diseases in male reproductive system.
