摘要
为深入分析电晕放电老化后RTV(室温硫化硅橡胶)涂层憎水性能变化机理,测试了2 mm、3 mm、5 mm、8 mm 4种间隙距离下RTV涂层的憎水性能。试验结果表明:交流电晕下RTV老化试样的初始静态接触角随着间隙距离的增加而增大,憎水性恢复速率则随着间隙距离的增加而减小。结合4种试样的红外光谱图可知,随着间隙距离的增加,交流电晕放电产生的电子及带电离子到达RTV试样表面的数量减少,对C-H键的破坏也逐渐减弱,因此RTV涂层的憎水性受到交流电晕的影响减弱。
In order to further analyze the mechanism of the hydrophobicity change of room temperature vulcanized(RTV)silicone rubber after corona aging,the hydrophobic properties of AC corona RTV silicone rubber materials are tested under the gap distance of 2 mm,3 mm,5 mm,8 mm.The experimental results show that the initial static contact angle increases with the increase of gap distance,and the hydrophobic recovery rate decreases with the increase of gap distance.According to the infrared spectrum of four samples,it is because that with the increase of gap distance,the number of electrons and charged ions produced by discharged AC corona reaching the surface of silicone rubber sample decreases,and the damage to C-H bond also decreases gradually.Therefore,the hydrophobicity of silicone rubber material is weakened by AC corona with the increase of gap distance.
