摘要
半芥泻心汤系半夏泻心汤加白芥子而成。如此配伍有两个特点,一是增强本方豁痰开结之力,弥补因半夏毒性而用量受限的缺憾;二是增加本方疏肝气之功效。经临床应用,取得了较为满意的效果。本文阐述如此配伍的理论依据,并附临床验案3则。希望通过优化方剂配伍,实现其增效减毒的目的。
Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction plus Semen Sinapis is made up of Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction added Baijiezi(Semen Sinapis).Such combination of medicinals has two characteristics:One is to enhance the power of eliminating phlegm and removing node in order to make up for the limitation of dosage due to the toxicity of Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae).The other is to increase the effect of dispersing liver qi.Satisfactory results have been achieved in clinical application.This paper expounds the theoretical basis of such combination of medicinals,and three clinical proved cases are attached.We hope to achieve the purpose of enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity by optimizing combination of medicinals in classical formulas.
