摘要
从产业经济学和产业组织形态看,中国静态衡器行业典型发展模式是分工和一体化。这两种模式在理论上和现实中可并行不悖,相互促进。分工模式下的上游企业可选择密集型成长或其他发展策略,避免与衡器厂家在产品或市场上发生对抗性矛盾;也可选择并购下游的一体化策略,对众多衡器生产厂家采取收割和遏制策略,引发行业的不公平竞争和非良性竞争。站在当下行业发展现状和衡器生产厂家的视角,前一种发展模式更有利整个行业的健康发展。
From the perspective of industrial economics and industrial organization, the typical development mode of China’s static weighing apparatus industry is division of labor and integration. These two modes can go hand in hand in theory and in reality,and promote each other. Under the division of labor, upstream enterprises can choose intensive growth or other development strategies to avoid antagonistic conflicts with weighing equipment manufacturers in the product or market. We can also choose the integration strategy of merger and acquisition downstream, and adopt the strategy of harvest and containment for many weighing apparatus manufacturers, which will lead to unfair competition and non-benign competition in the industry. From the perspective of current industry development status and weighing equipment manufacturers, the former development mode is more conducive to the healthy development of the whole industry.
