摘要
15世纪末的地理大发现开辟了海上联通世界新通道,经济中心由内陆转移到沿海,湾区成为开展世界贸易、加强世界交流的重要载体,湾区经济在世界经济发展中也起到日益重要的作用。世界湾区形成和发展的背景、阶段、历程各不相同,但是都表现出相同的发展逻辑,即"贸易湾区-工业湾区-服务湾区-创新湾区"的演进过程,"单产业集聚到多产业集聚、低端产业集聚到高端产业集聚、单要素集聚到多要素集聚"的集聚过程,"港城互动-区域一体-带动本国-引领世界"的辐射过程。文章通过对1969-2018年历史数据的比较分析,得出湾区经济发展优于全国、带动全国,人口集聚快于全国的判断。展望未来,湾区经济发展存在建设数字湾区、打造生态湾区、发展人文湾区、锻造价值湾区、构建幸福湾区的趋势。
The great geographical discovery at the end of the 15th century opened up a new way to connect the world at sea.The economic center transferred from inland to coastal area,and the bay area has become an important carrier for developing world trade and strengthening world communication.The bay area economy also plays an increasingly important role in the world economy.The background,stage and process of the formation and development of the world bay area are different,but they all show the same development logic,that is the evolution process of“trade bay area-industrial bay area-service bay area-innovation bay area”,the cluster process of“single industry cluster to multi industry cluster,low-end industry cluster to high-end industry cluster,single factor cluster to multi factor cluster”,and the radiation process of“port city interaction-regional integration-driving the country-leading the world”.Based on the analysis of historical data from 1969 to 2018,this article concluded that the economic development of the bay area economic is better than the country,and the population concentration is faster than the whole country.Looking forward to the future,there is a trend in the economic development of the bay area to build a digital bay area,an ecological bay area,a cultural bay area,a value bay area and a happiness bay area.
