摘要
介绍跨文化敏感性的概念,总结国内外跨文化敏感性主要测量工具,分析影响护生跨文化敏感性的因素及其对护理工作和病人健康的影响,在梳理国内外相关研究成果的基础上,提出未来护理领域跨文化敏感性相关研究的发展方向。
This paper introduced concept of intercultural sensitivity,summarized main measurement tools of intercultural sensitivity in China and abroad,analyzed influencing factors of intercultural sensitivity of nursing students and its impact on nursing work and patient health.This paper also proposed future development direction of intercultural sensitivity related research in field of nursing on the basis of combing relevant research results in China and abroad.
