摘要
目的探讨讨论式教学法在护生临床实习教学中的应用。方法选择2017年1月—2019年8月108名普外科护生作为研究对象,随机分为2组,各54名。对照组采用常规教学方法进行教学,观察组采用讨论式教学法进行教学,观察2组护生综合能力、对带教方式满意度及在模拟手术中差错发生率情况。结果观察组护生综合能力评分高于对照组,对照组护生对带教方式满意度低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护生在模拟手术中差错发生率略高于观察组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论讨论式教学法能够提高护生综合能力,降低其在手术中的出错率,具有较好的教学效果,值得临床教学推广。
Objective To explore the application of discussion-based teaching method in clinical practice teaching of general nursing students.Methods From January 2017 to August 1919,108 general nursing students in our hospital were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 54 general nursing students in each.The control group was taught by the conventional teaching method.The observation group used the discussion-based teaching method.The comprehensive ability of the two groups of nursing students,the satisfaction with the teaching methods and the incidence of errors in the simulated surgery were observed.Results The comprehensive ability scores of the nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The satisfaction of the nursing students in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The error rate of the nursing students in the simulated surgery was simulated,which was slightly higher than the observation group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Discussion-based teaching method can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students and reduce their error rate in surgery.It has a good teaching effect and is worthy of clinical teaching promotion.
