摘要
江西是新中国航空事业的发源地之一,既有深厚的生产研制基础,又有丰富的低空空域资源,以及广阔的通航应用市场。但我省低空经济发展仍面临政府主导不够、通航运营薄弱、应用场景单一、民众意识薄弱等突出问题。因此,为打造低空经济"新星",培育我省经济高质量发展新动能,应推进系统化、协同化、精细化、数字化、多元化、市场化、现代化、梯队化等"八化"措施。
Jiangxi is one of the birthplaces of the new China’s aviation industry.It has a deep production and research foundation,abundant low-altitude airspace resources,and a broad general aviation market.However,the low-altitude economic development of our province still faces prominent issues such as insufficient government leadership,weak general aviation operations,single application scenario,and weak public awareness.Therefore,in order to create a"New Star"in the low-altitude economy and cultivate new growth drivers of high-quality economic development in our province,we should promote eight-pronged measures namely systematization,coordination,refinement,digitalization,diversification,marketization,modernization,and echelonization.
