采用热致相法制备的聚偏二氟乙烯微滤膜在煤化工污水回用系统的长周期运行工程案例 被引量:1

摘要 某煤化工污水回用系统采用(自清洗过滤器+微滤系统+反渗透)工艺,微滤单元设计产水量为835 m 3/h,预处理采用热致相法(TIPS)制备的聚偏二氟乙烯微滤膜;通过监测该系统10 a的运行数据,结果表明:产水量829~861 m 3/h,跨膜压差均小于15 kPa,产水浊度小于0.1 NTU,符合反渗透系统进水指标要求;(TIPS)膜结构稳定、抗污染性强,可作为反渗透的预处理系统长期稳定运行。
