摘要
目的研究全剂量替罗非班联合经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI术)应用于急性心肌梗死的效果。方法选取2016年10月~2019年10月的急性心肌梗死患者96例,均行PCI术,其中48例采用全剂量替罗非班治疗为全剂量组,48例采用半剂量替罗非班治疗为半剂量组。比较两组治疗前、治疗24 h后心功能[左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)]、心肌梗死溶栓治疗(TIMI)血流分级及心血管不良事件发生率。结果治疗24 h后全剂量组LVEF大于半剂量组,LVEDD小于半剂量组(P <0.05);全剂量组TIMI血流分级优于半剂量组(P <0.05);全剂量组不良心血管事件发生率为8.33%,半剂量组不良心血管事件发生率为20.83%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论全剂量替罗非班联合PCI术治疗急性心肌梗死能提高心功能,改善TIMI血流分级,安全性高。
Objective To study the effect of full-dose tirofiban combined with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for acute myocardial infarction.Methods 96 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital(October 2016 to October 2019)were selected for PCI.Among them,48 cases were treated with full-dose tirofiban as the full-dose group,and 48 cases were treated with half-dose tirofiban as the half-dose group.The cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)],thrombolysis in myocardial infarction(TIMI)blood flow grading and incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After 24 hours of treatment,the LVEF of the full-dose group was greater than the half-dose group,and the LVEDD was less than the half-dose group(P<0.05);the TIMI blood flow classification of the full-dose group was better than that of the half-dose group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the full-dose group was 8.33%,and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the half-dose group was 20.83%.There was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Full-dose tirofiban combined with PCI in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can improve cardiac function,improve TIMI blood flow classification,and have high safety.
