湖南某含钨多金属矿选矿试验研究 被引量:9

Beneficiation of Scheelite from Tungsten-Containing Polymetallic Ore from Hunan Province

摘要 针对湖南某含钨多金属矿原有加温选钨工艺流程长、能耗大、钨回收率低、回水循环利用困难等问题,以金属配位离子苯甲羟肟酸类Pb-BHA为捕收剂、Al-SBL聚合物为抑制剂,采用"一粗四精两扫"常温浮选新工艺,可使精矿WO3品位达到40%以上、回收率65%以上,大大降低了生产成本,实现了钨资源的高效分离和回收利用。 The original heated tungsten-flotation process, when used for treating the tungsten-containing polymetallic ore from Hunan Province, presents some disadvantages, such as long processing flowsheet, high energy-consumption, low tungsten recovery and difficulty in recycling water. Aiming at those problems, a new normal temperature flotation process consisting of one stage of roughing, four stages of cleaning and two stage of scavenging was adopted, with Pb-BHA, a lead-coordinated benzyl hydroxamic acid as the collector, Al-SBL polymer as the depressant, showing the produced concentrate with WO3 grade over 40% at a recovery above 65%. The production cost is greatly reduced and the efficient separation and recycle of tungsten resources are achieved.
