目标导向液体温度治疗对老年肺癌患者肺叶切除术后恢复的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨目标导向液体温度治疗对老年肺癌患者肺叶切除术后恢复的影响。方法选取2015~2017年在新疆医科大学附属中医医院就诊的老年肺癌患者54例为研究对象,随机分为室温输液组和加温输液组。室温输液组在手术过程中采用常温输液,加温输液组在手术过程中加温输液,比较两组患者术中腋温和肛温的变化程度及术后患者的恢复质量。结果两组患者在术中1.5 h、2 h及术后的肛温比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在术中1.5 h、2 h及术后的腋温比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术中肛温差值比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者腋温差值比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组热能变化值比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。加温输液组术后躯体功能、社会功能及整体生存质量评分显著优于室温输液组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标导向液体温度治疗对患者手术情况及术后恢复具有较大的影响,临床术中应对输液温度进行控制。 Objective To investigate the effect of infusion fluid temperature on postoperative recovery of older patients with lung cancer after lobectomy.Methods 54 older patients with lung cancer treated in the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xinjiang Medical University were enrolled from 2015 to 2017.The patients were randomly divided into room temperature fluid infusion group and warm fluid infusion group.During the surgery,the cases in room temperature fluid infusion group were infused with room temperature fluid,and the cases in warm fluid infusion group were infused with warm infusion fluid.The axillary temperature,anal temperature and the recovery of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results There was significant difference in anal temperature(P<0.05)and axillary temperature(P<0.05)at 1.5 h,2 h during operation and after operation between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the change of anal temperature(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the change of axillary temperature during the operation between the two groups(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the change of heat energy between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,social function and overall quality of life of the patients in warm fluid infusion group were better than those in room temperature fluid infusion group(P<0.05).Conclusion The temperature of infusion fluid might affect the postoperative recovery of the patients.
