摘要
目的评估Akreos MI60人工晶状体植入术后的视觉质量.方法前瞻性病例对照研究.收集济南市第二人民医院2017年2月至8月白内障65例(65眼)行超声乳化人工晶状体植入术,随机分为两组,A组植入博士伦Akreos MI60人工晶状体;B组植入博士伦Akreos Adapt普通人工晶状体.利用双通道客观分析系统(OQAS)分析术后3个月客观视网膜成像质量指标.结果两组之间术前基线资料对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).术后3个月时,A组视力(BCVA,LogMAR)为0.02±0.09,优于B组的0.07±0.12(t=1.952,P=0.005);术后散光A组为(0.83±0.19)D,优于B组的(1.19±0.28)D(t=6.137,P<0.001).A组客观散射指数为1.79±0.95,优于B组的2.80±1.87(t=2.803,P=0.006);A组斯特尔比值优于B组(t=2.248,P=0.034).结论博士伦Akreos MI60人工晶状体植入后视功能指标优于普通人工晶状体植入者.
Objective To evaluate the visual quality after Akreos MI60 intraocular lens implantation.Methods This was a prospective case-control study.A total of 65 eyes of 65 cases with age-related cataract who underwent phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation from Jan.2017 to Aug.2017.in the Second People's Hospital of Jinan were collected in this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was implanted with Bausch&Lomb Akreos MI60 IOL.Group B was implanted with Bausch&Lomb Akreos Adapt IOL.The dual-channel objective analysis system(OQAS)was used to analyze objective retinal imaging quality indexes at 3 months after surgery.Results The difference in preoperative baseline data between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 3 months postoperatively,the visual acuity(BCVA,LogMAR)of group A was 0.02±0.09,which was better than 0.07±0.12 of group B(t=1.952,P=0.005).Postoperative astigmatism in group A was(0.83±0.19)D,which was better than(1.19±0.28)D in group B(t=6.137,P<0.001).The objective scattering index of group A was 1.79±0.95,which was better than 2.80±1.87 of group B(t=2.803,P=0.006).The strehl ratio of group A was better than that of group B(t=2.248,P=0.034).Conclusion Bausch&Lomb Akreos MI60 intraocular lens has better visual function than ordinary intraocular lens.
