摘要 主要介绍了煤矿用破碎机主架、破碎架、压块联接方式,由原来的分体式改进为整体形式,介绍了合体加工方法,有效控制了装配间隙,便于紧固因锤轴组件受力不均匀导致破碎架与主架联接松动后的螺栓,且能随时检查锤轴组件是否处于有效紧固状态,达到了延长破碎机寿命的目的。 Mainly introduced the improvement of the connection mode of the main frame, crushing frame and pressing block of the crusher used in coal mine,from the original split type to the overall form. Introduced the combined processing method, which effectively controlled the assembly clearance,and is convenient for fastening the bolts after the broken frame body and the main frame body were connected loose due to the uneven force of hammer shaft components, and the hammer shaft component can be checked at any time in the effective fastening state, the purpose of prolonging the life of crusher is achieved.
