芪棱汤对2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者内皮细胞功能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Qileng Decoction on the Endothelial Function in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Cerebral Infarction

摘要 【目的】探讨芪棱汤对2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者血清细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子1(VCAM-1)、血小板内皮细胞黏附分子1(PECAM-1)、血小板衍生内皮细胞生长因子(PD-ECGF)和血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。【方法】将160例2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组给予西医常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组的西医常规对症治疗基础上加用芪棱汤治疗,疗程为30 d。采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)试剂盒检测2组患者治疗前后血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1、PECAM-1、PD-ECGF和VEGF水平,并评估2组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损疗效。【结果】(1)神经功能缺损疗效方面:治疗30 d后,观察组的总有效率为97.50%(78/80),对照组为92.50%(74/80);组间比较(秩和检验),观察组的神经功能缺损疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)血清指标方面:治疗后,2组患者血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1、PECAM-1、PD-ECGF和VEGF水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1、PECAM-1、PD-ECGF和VEGF水平的降低幅度均明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】芪棱汤可以显著降低2型糖尿病并发脑梗死患者血清ICAM-1、VCAM-1、PECAM-1、PD-ECGF和VEGF水平,对患者神经功能缺损起到了较好的改善作用。 Objective To investigate the influence of Qileng Decoction on the levels of serum intercellular adhesion molecule 1(ICAM-1),vascular cell adhesion molecule 1(VCAM-1),platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule 1(PECAM-1),platelet-derived endothelial cell growth factor(PD-ECGF),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of160 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients complicated with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,80 cases in each group.The control group received conventional symptomatic western medicine therapy,while the observation group received oral use of Qileng Decoction combined with conventional symptomatic western medicine therapy.The treatment for the two groups lasted for30 days.Enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(ELISA)was adopted for the detection of serum levels of ICAM-1,VCAM-1,PECAM-1,PD-ECGF and VEGF in the two groups before and after treatment.And the clinical therapeutic efficacy for neurological deficit in the two groups were evaluated after treatment.Results(1)After treatment for 30 days,the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%(78/80),and that in the control group was 92.50%(74/80).The results of intergroup comparison by rank sum test showed that the clinical therapeutic efficacy for neurological deficit in the observation group was stronger than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the levels of serum ICAM-1,VCAM-1,PECAM-1,PD-ECGF and VEGF in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05 compared withthosebeforetreatment),and the decrease degree for the ICAM-1,VCAM-1,PECAM-1,PD-ECGF and VEGF in the observation group was significantly greater than the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qileng Decoction combined with conventional symptomatic western medicine therapy can effectively reduce the levels of
