摘要
目的统计分析2016—2019年飞行人员肾结石发病率变化及特点,探讨其发病原因及对策,为飞行人员肾结石疾病的诊治提供参考。方法回顾性分析2016年1月—2019年12月到联勤保障部队大连康复疗养中心参加年度大体检的资料,分析飞行人员肾结石发病情况。按照自然年度分组,对比分析各组发病率差异;将飞行人员每10岁为一个年龄跨度分成4组,比较其组间发病率差异;按照单位驻地所属地理位置不同分成南方、北方2组,分析各组间发病率差异。结果 2016—2019年各年份之间肾结石发病率差异无统计学意义;不同年龄组间发病率差异均有统计学意义,随着年龄的增高,肾结石患病率呈现明显的上升趋势。南、北方地区肾结石发病率差异无统计学意义。结论飞行人员患肾结石,随着年龄增长,患病率呈现明显的上升趋势。应在注重预防的前提下,早发现、早诊断、早治疗,保障空军战斗力。
Objective To statistically analyze the changes and characteristics of the incidence of renal calculus in aircrews in the past four years and explore the causes and countermeasures in order to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of renal calculus in aircrews.Methods The incidence of renal calculus in aircrews was studied by retrospectively analyzing the clinical data on aircrewswho underwent the annual physical examination between January 2016 and December 2019 at the Aeromedical Identification Training Center.These aircrews were divided into four groups according to the year,they received the physical examination,and the difference in morbidity was compared between these groups.The aircrews were divided into another four groups by an age gap of ten years,and the difference in the incidence of renal calculuswas compared between these groups.Finally,these pilots were divided into the southern group and northern group according to the geographical location of their service,and the difference was compared between these two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the annual incidence of renal calculus between the four years,but the difference between the four age groups was statistically significant.The prevalence of renal calculus tended to increase with the age of aircrews.There was no statistically significant difference between the two geographically different groups.Conclusion The aircrews are vulnerableto renal calculus.They become more vulnerable with the increase of age.They should be detected,diagnosed,and treated early to ensure the combat effectiveness of the Air Force while focusing on prevention.
