大断面矩形顶管注浆压力对地层沉降影响规律研究

摘要 随着近年来顶管工程的广泛应用,大断面矩形顶管隧道在城乡建设中已很常见.虽然大断面矩形顶管隧道空间大且空间利用率高,但会产生更大的地层扰动和沉降,因此顶管工程中地层沉降控制尤为重要.基于此,通过PLAXIS 3D数值分析和土工离心机模型实验研究方法,对大断面矩形顶管在不同注浆压力对地层沉降的影响进行研究发现,注浆压力对注浆区域上方的地层沉降存在着沉降补偿作用,注浆压力越大,沉降补偿作用就越大,最终的地层沉降就越小;同时过大的注浆压力也会出现过度补偿作用,产生地表隆起的现象.因此合理地选择注浆压力能有效的控制地层沉降,并使用苏州东汇公园下穿护城河顶管隧道工程现场测量的沉降数据和实验结论进行对比,进一步验证了研究结论. With the widespread application of pipe jacking projects in recent years,large-section rectangular pipe jacking tunnels have appeared in many urban areas.Large cross-section rectangular pipe jacking tunnels have large space and high space utilization,but will also produce greater stratum disturbance and settlement,and stratum settlement control is particularly important.This paper uses PLAXIS 3D numerical analysis and geotechnical centrifuge model experimental research methods to study the influence of large cross-section rectangular pipe jacking on formation settlement at different grouting pressures.It is found that grouting pressure has settlement compensation for the formation settlement above the grouting area The greater the grouting pressure,the greater the settlement compensation effect,and the smaller the final stratum settlement.At the same time,excessive grouting pressure will also have an over-compensation effect,resulting in the phenomenon of surface uplift.Therefore,a reasonable choice of grouting pressure can effectively control formation settlement.Finally,the settlement data measured by the pipe jacking tunnel project under the moat in Suzhou Donghui Park are compared with the experimental conclusions to further verify the conclusions of this article.
