摘要
为解决"青蒿素提取"系列实验在《有机化学》实验课程中对目标单体化学成分纯度判断不精准、环境污染及安全隐患等问题,加强与培养本科生对现代化仪器的实际操作能力和科研素养,将高效液相色谱法应用到"青蒿素提取"系列实验的实验教学中,解决了传统实验教学中薄层色谱法和熔点测定法在青蒿素纯度鉴定过程中存在的不足。本文阐述了实验教学中青蒿素纯度鉴定存在的问题,高效液相色谱在青蒿素纯度鉴定中引入的必要性,该部分内容在实验课程中的开展模式,以及实验开展前后的相关工作。
In order to solve the problems of inaccurate judgment of the purity of the target monomer chemical composition, environmental pollution and potential safety hazards in the experimental course of "Organic Chemistry" in the series of experiments of artemisinin extraction, strengthen and cultivate undergraduates’ practice of modern instruments operating ability and scientific research literacy, applying high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method to the experimental teaching of the artemisinin extraction series of experiments, solving the problems of thin layer chromatography(TLC) and melting point determination in the artemisinin purity identification process in traditional experimental teaching of inadequacy. This article describes the problems in the purity identification of artemisinin in experimental teaching, the necessity of introducing HPLC in the purity identification of artemisinin, the development mode of this part in the experimental course, and the related work before and after the experiment.
